Welcome to the Bee the Sunshine by LA.DI creative arts practises Terms and Conditions. Our workshops and sessions are created to nurture those who choose to come into the space. Dedicated to supporting individuals on their own unique wellness journey.

We offer a unique, heart filled and sun shining blend of creative arts, meditation and movement as a form of healing. Creating a space where everyone can feel seen, heard and loved. To be able to express their inner truth with complete acceptance and non judgement.

Whether you’re seeking a deeper connection with yourself, like minded community, peace, joy or inspiration, we are here to hold you and walk along side you. Our offerings are designed to nurture the heart, calm the mind and bring harmony to body and spirit.

Do I Need to Book?

Yes. All classes, events and workshops require a booking, which can be made online via our website. Payment must be made at the time of booking. No walk ins.

By booking any classes, events, or workshop with Bee the Sunshine by LA.DI, you automatically agree to the following:

-Teachers are subject to change without notice.

-With any booking a client intake for must be complete prior to any service.

-Arrive at least 10 minutes before class. Late entry is discouraged and cannot be guaranteed. For security reasons, the entry may be locked at the beginning of each class

-Leaving class early is strongly discouraged as it disrupts the experience for others.

-Phones and smartwatches should be left in your car. If you must bring them inside, please turn them off or set them to airplane mode.

-Bee the Sunshine by LA.DI. is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings.

-We reserve the right to refuse entry at any time.

-Online Credit card payments incur a processing fee.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy ensures that all students have the opportunity to attend classes.

-Cancellations will not be accepted via social media.

-All cancellations are to be made through the bookings system.

Pricing & Payments

-All prices are quoted and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

-Prices are correct at the time of online publication but may change without notice.

-Sale items are only available at the discounted price during the sale period.

-Stock availability may vary due to unexpected demand or supply issues.

-We reserve the right to adjust prices to reflect changes in costs or benefits.

Refunds & Transfers

-All purchases are final. Bee the Sunshine by LA.DI. does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions on services, workshops, or products due to change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason.

-Any additional bank fees incurred due to disputed or failed transactions will be passed on to the student.

Workshops

-No refunds or credits will be issued for workshops due to change of mind, injury, illness, or any other reason. All purchases are final.

-If you cannot attend, you may gift your ticket to another person of your choice.

-Payment must be made upon booking.

-Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late entry is not permitted.

-No-shows or absences will result in forfeiting the workshop fee. Latecomers will also be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

What Do I Need to Bring?

-Wear comfortable clothing and dress accordingly as some workshops may be outdoors.

-Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, in some workshops beverages and snacks may be provided.

Health & Liability

By attending Bee the Sunshine by LA.DI workshops, you confirm that:

-You have expressed and completed an intake form stating any medical conditions/ injuries/ allergies/ concerns.

-You are attending classes and workshops at your own free will. Bee the Sunshine by LA.DI is not liable for any injury, loss of property, or other incidents occurring during your visit.
